- Free to the Customer: We track all items purchased and invoice the total amount to you.
- Prepaid Options: You pay for a certain amount or item per customer, and they cover any additional purchases.
- Customer Pays Directly: Customers pay for their purchases. If the minimum isn't met, you're invoiced for the difference.

- There is no fee for the truck itself.
- For a 2-3 hour service Monday-Thursday the food and beverage minimum starts at $500.
- For a 2-3 hour service Friday-Sunday the food and beverage minimum starts at $850.
- Please contact us for minimums for holiday or longer event times.
