What We Bake

Everything at Brown Butter Bakeshop is made from scratch, in small batches, each week. Our pastry case rotates with the seasons. What we're baking this week may not be what we baked last week, and that's exactly how we like it.

Rather than a fixed menu, think of this as a look at the kinds of things you might find in the case when you walk through the door. For what's actually available this week, follow us on Instagram or Facebook.

Walk-ins welcome Thursday–Sunday, 8am–2pm. We do not take pre-orders, everything is first-come, first-serve.

Brioche Pastries

Hand-shaped, slow-fermented, and rotated weekly. Spirals, filled buns, and brioche donuts dressed with seasonal fruits, house-made creams, and glazes — savory options too. From $8

Generous slabs with layered flavor. Our miso caramel pecan oat bar is a bakeshop staple. The brownie is made without gluten, finished with salted dulce de leche. From $7

Whether you're planning a wedding dessert table, a birthday party spread, or a catered event, our Dessert Bites are built for it. Each one is a two-bite portion of Brown Butter's scratch-made baked goods — the same quality and flavor you'd find in the case, scaled for a crowd and mixed to your taste.

What's Included

Signature Cakes — Available in all twelve signature flavors, filled and frosted with Swiss meringue buttercream. Choose one or mix several.

Miso Caramel Pecan Bars — Our miso caramel pecan oat bar in a two-bite format. Sweet, salty, and a little addictive.

Frosted Brownies — Fudgy, gluten-free brownie finished with a swirl of dark chocolate ganache.

Brown Butter Chocolate Cookies — Crisp edges, soft center, brown butter depth. The one people always come back for.

How it Works

Mix and match up to four varieties per order. We'll arrange them beautifully for pickup, or discuss display options if you're adding delivery.
